If you take medication on a long-term basis, you can request a repeat prescription by bringing the right hand side of your prescription in to the surgery or complete a repeat medication form which can be obtained from reception. There is a black box in the front foyer for repeat prescription orders.

Orders for repeat prescriptions cannot be taken over the telephone. Please allow two full working days from when you place your order to when you collect it.
